I am government exam aspirants. iam trying to railway ssc exam. Iam apply to ews certificate . My Father had no agriculture land .my family income is lower than 1lack. I live with my parents and younger sister in a own house.my Father have one sister. The place where my grandfather ancestral land.this is 3000 sqft.the area is rural non notified area.the ews certificate is denied because our area is 3000sqft.my father sister has share in this . residetial plot is as per the around 1800 soft non notified area condition is statyfied Ancestral property will be counted ews certificate?

You may approach appellate authority if the issuing authority reject your application for issuing EWS certificate. there is no reason to reject your application but they will reject your application since your unable to manage them.
