I am a kashmiri migrant. I submit my application to DM Baramulla, J&K and DM forward my case to tehsildar but tehsildar not taking any action. The application I submitted is by online portal. Should I write a complaint letter to DIVISIONAL COMMISSIONER, Kashmir

A.Dear Sir,

Online applications may thrown to dustbin. You must physical go and see that your work is done because such officers may be having lot of urgent works to attend.

A.Dear Client
Yes you can write a letter the his higher authorities and if even after that there is no action then you can file a case in the Hon'ble High court against them and get the appropriate order for yourself in the case.

A.Dear Client,

You need to take all executions order to high court with mandatory limitations. Hon'ble high court will issue strict order to all authority with proper limitation for execution.
