Ques1- I have my paternal land with all legal papers in my name and site plan and building plan -approved from the municipality, but as i have started construction he made a false complaint to the municipality and stopped my construction. Whenever I am going to start the construction , he starts fighting and stopping my construction and making my fencing wall..municipality is not helping me...What to do to start my construction work?
Ques 2- Can the Municipality illegally occupy my land and make road in it? that road is still not in the mouza Map...What to do to get back my land?

A.Dear Client
You need to file a civil case to get injunction order against your neighbour. Secondly you can also file a writ petition against the municipality for their inaction on their part. Make a representation to them followed by a case.

A.Dear Client,

1. You may file police complaint against him under section 504, 506 of IPC or seek court restraining neighbour from creating obstacles in construction work on your land.
2. If the municipality occupy your property you may approach to the High Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India and pray an order of injunction against the authority.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to approach Civil Court and get multiple injunction orders against the neighbors and the municipality and continue your legal constructions.
