Education loan related issue

I had taken education loan of 4 lakh from Canara Bank. I am doing job in a private company earn only 15k per month and I am not able to pay 7K EMI to bank per month .Today i got first notice from bank which is taking about confiscating property and also threating to send me to jail. what should I Do now please help me.

You have to protest the same and find out there is any clause for waiving of interest etc. Ask the Bankers to wait for some more time otherwise you may take stay order.
