Online shopping product performance

Recently i have bought an air cooler Hindware from Flipkart but the after the usage of one 1 day we got to know that product performance is not good air throw is extremely fast I got know that particular product performance is not good and the cooler is is acting like a blower instead of giving cool breeze. In this case I have requested for refund Flipkart people offered me a replacement we did not accepted as the product line is giving same performance . In this case how can I get full refund?
