A.Dear Client,

You must immediately file a case under the Motor Vehicles Act to seek compensation and also file a criminal case with the police station and get follow ups on their inspection regarding the case.

A.Dear Client
There are two things that you have to do.
1. File a case (MACC case) under the Motor Vehicles Act to seek compensation from the driver/owner of the car or the insurance company.
2. Follow up with the police to ensure that the criminal case against that person is pursued properly in the court.
