I had purchase one table online from https://royaloakindia.com/ on 23rd april. The day table suppose to be delivery Praveen Raj called as that there was some website issue GST was not added to this you have to pay 3000 extra we said cancel the order and return the amount he said ok you will get your refund in 7 working days . its still not processed and when we call him again he said he will provide transaction detail. neither he is providing the refund transaction detail nor he is delivering the product

It seems a cheating business firm. Better to lodge a police complaint or approach them personally and sort out your issue otherwise it will take years together if you approach Consumer Forum or Civil Court.
