Education- joined a course in bse institute gapp

I have joined a course in bse institute gapp where in i have paid my around 13000 fees in installments and they are not giving any outcome in the name of business environment they are just teaching us how to calculate cost of equity. Being unsatisfied with the course i asked the institute to provide my money back withdraw the course however they say they are not going to give our money back
