NHAI HAS PRINTED MY LAND DETAILS IN GZEETE OF INDIA AS 3D FOR LAND ACQUSITION BUT ON FILING THE OBJECTION THAT LAND IS NON AGRICULTER THEY REFUSE TO PAY ANY COMPANCATION AND SAY YOUR LAND IS EXCULEDED FROM LAND ACQUSITION . I WAN TO KNOW THAI DO NHAI HAS POWER AS PER THE 1956 LA ACT TO EXCLUDE THE LAND FROM LAND ACQUSITION AFTER THE DICLERATION OF 3D NOTIFICATION

What NHAI has done appears to be arbitrary and you can move the Hon'ble High Court against there arbitrariness. There appears no reason that after the 3rd notification they can deny acquisition of land.
