I have applied for anticipatory bail in criminal financial dispute case in high court. My case status shows Case disposed - uncontested disposed with no costs . What does it mean ? Can anyone help? My advocate is not clear with me.

A.Dear Sir,

The online status is not clear. "Disposed" means either your anticipatory bail might be rejected or allowed. Since because it might be rejected so your advocate not disclosing the same. You may get apply entire order sheet on orders on anticipatory bail and go to High Court otherwise there is threat of your arrest if you are accused.

A.Dear Clients,
Disposed of means case is over, Uncontested means case is not contested by the opposite party and dismissed means since plaintiff failed to prove the case in his favour his suit or case is dismissed. Hence the Judge dismisses the case for plaintiff's default to appear when the case is posted for hearing.
Thank you.
