Hii sir/madam ,
Iam vamshi my grandmother had one house in (city) and some agricultural land in (village) both values approximately same amount and she had two sons my father and his brother.my grandmother wants to give property to both sons,My uncle is saying that he needs any one of those property either house or agricultural land. But we are saying that we don't want sell that agricultural land because it is next to Hyderabad nizamabad highway it may increase the value for near future,and we are ready to sell the house,but my uncle(father's brother) not at all listening what will be the best solution or how do I proceed further

try to convince your uncle and sell the house, if he is not listening, then get a partition deed and after partition he can sell the property of his share and your share will be with you.
