High Court not listing case High Court not listing case

I am the Complainant. PCR filed in Magistrate Court and FIR registered against Accused. Police started investigation. Accused has gone to High Court, made false submissions & withheld vital information and has obtained ex parte interim stay on police investigation. As soon as I came to know, I have filed Objections for the Criminal Petition and Application for Vacating Stay order, before the same Hon Justice. I moved for posting/listing, but, High Court is not listing the case and Accused is also not taking any steps to list the case even after 2 weeks. Asst-Registrar not helpful. What can be done to list the case before the court? Thank You.

If the matter is already listed in the cause list then you need to have patience as it will be taken up sequentially. In case there is some urgency then you can ask your Advocate to mention the case early in the morning for urgent hearing.
