Current tenant (liquor shop) agreement time is completed in th month of September 2021.
They are not willing to vacate th building even after agreement date is over...
Instead thy filed a case on us complaining of causing disturbance to their business.
Excise department is not taking any action even though we have submitted letter.
Request to provide guidance fr same

A.Dear Client,
you can issue an eviction notice to them from the competent court since the time period on the agreement is completed and they are not vacating your property.
