Reimbursement of Money
I admitted my daughter in a coaching institution and paid the first installment which was 25,000 Rs(40,000 Rs was the total fee), after attending 3 days she didn't wanted to continue the classes because of the behaviour of the teacher. After asking for refund they showed us terms and conditions where we signed during the admission which says "fees is non-refundable irrespective of the days a student have attended the class". Is it possible to get the refund?
A.Dear Client,
it will be highly impossible to get the refund as you have signed the agreement where the terms and conditions mentions that the fees will not be refunded.
