Miss use of girl privacy

A men take 17-18 year old girl mobile number for help her. But he make a girl and her family prestige down in colony. He make her fall in love and talk her in adult language. She don't know what's going on because loves do anything that he knows. Her brother knows everything that what's going on. But her brother dont have any prove only he can find call history. And he know how to manipulate her. He said to girl when to talk, when to chat, when delete all chat and history. So how to help her and what her brother can do in this situation?
