I really dont have any thing to say, i m totally confused. Please help me guiding that what i need to do in this situation.
A.Dear client, sorry to hear that but in this case if you have any rental agreement then the landlord is supposed to increase your rent as per the agreement. However, if you don't have any agreement and your landlord is increasing your rent recklessly then you can approch your nearby police station.

A.Dear Sir,
The law say that rent cannot be increased more than 10% in any 1 year. You may opt not to pay any rent and let him issue legal notice and let him go to court for evection. It will take years together.
