Since 50 years hypertension electrical wire passes above our land( beside house) and pillar also constructed. Because of this our land is not having good value. Can I get compensation or can I get that removed out of our property?

A.Dear client, i am sorry to hear that. In this case you can make a written complaint to Power Transmission Department, MCD, to remove the high tension wires. In case they fail to remove the wires, then you may approach to the Court by filing writ petition against MCD.
