My mother made a will on 2018 and died in the year 2019 , the will is made in favour of 3 brothers and 2 sister. I am the youngest son and also an Executor according to a Will, but my eldest brother is not sasisfied with will even he got his share, Will is govt registered and signed by two witeness too, i am not able to probate it due to monitary problem, its been 4 years of time the will has been made, i am staying at my propery made by my mother, pls suggest me what would i to do with it, would my brother do any legal actions towards me? my 2 brothrs have their own property they live in and sisters who are married also live their own.

A.Dear Sir,
On the basis of Will the property is to be divided and you have to get probate and accordingly property will be given to irrespective beneficiaries.
