Bail required - accused in 420 and 409
my brother accused in 420 and 409 case want anticipatry bail at 9 lacs amount
A.Dear Sir,
There is no jacket formula for granting anticipatory bail and it never depends upon amount involved in cheating case. If Sessions Court rejects the anticipatory bail the Accused may definitely get such bail from the High Court, not to worry.

A.Dear Client
If you are looking for bail then I would suggest that either you get in touch with a lawyer to seek his service or else get in touch with our Vidhikarya team to help you out. Discuss your matter with the lawyer and file the application for bail.
