A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that. Since the case is pending before the court we will suggest you to move an appropriate application thereby seeking directions from the court for repair work and renovation, accordingly if the hon’ble court allows you to carry any such renovation then the landlord has no power to stop you from carrying such activities.

A.You can take permission from that concerned Court by filing interim/misc application for permission to do repair which may be granted after due consideration by the court. Final and conclusive advice can be given once your documents are seen.
