We have cctv camera installed in our building
The DVR installed has the facility where a member can see the Cctv
through a mobile App
1). Is there any section in bye laws which gives the member the right to see the cctv camera via mobile App for his security of his children
2) Can the committee member refuse the above in giving of mobile even if the member is asking this facilities for his security of his small children when they are playing alone in the compound
A.In my humble suggestion, as far as the place is a public place, the members can view the cctv via mobile application
