How to recieve 40 years ago record/document my property. I have only details but i have not any document.please help me!

A.Engage a local lawyer from Vidhikarya for searching the title deed of the property from the Sub-Registrar office where your property is situated. Once title deed is located then you can apply for the certified copy of the deed of the property.

A.The local authority & Govt., departments are required to maintain land records,better to contact a local lawyer from your locality through Vidhikarya panel for your registry.

A.If you are sure that you had a registered document in your name 40 years back you should apply for Encumbrance Certificate for that period (last 40 years). The document will be reflected and you can then apply for a certified copy of that document. You will also know if someone else has tried any fraud with it.

A.If you have copy, on the basis of same you have to apply certified copies to the concerned authorities through Right to Information Act. All the best.
