My father got some farm land as his share of property after a lot of struggle with his brothers.when trying register it on our name the register office saying the property was not recorded any where.it takes alot of money to get them to our name.what should we do
A.In my humble suggestion, you need to prove that the property is ancestral and subsequent to that, you can go for registration.

A.Dear Client
You will have to showcase the existence of property as ancestral property and get it mutated in the name of the earlier owners or pay the property tax on that and establish the records for the land. Then you can try to get it registered.
