Now a days all the projects and villas people are selling lands
they are giving us documents of old property owners which are all 75rs, 50 rs or 100rs bond papers but now they are making registrations on 20rs bond papers
I feel it is unsafe need expert opinion
A.In my humble suggestion, whether the stamp paper costs Rs. 20 or Rs. 100, it would make no difference. Thus, there is nothing to worry here.

A.Dear Client
When an immovable property is being transferred then the transfer is done through the execution of a conveyance deed which needs to be registered by paying the exact stamp duty as per the valuation of the property. Whatever is the value of the non-judicial stamp paper that is deducted from the total amount to be paid.
So, Rs.20/- stamp paper or 100/- does not make any difference.
