A.Dear Client, In the given situation, for cancellation of online order on multiple occasions by Flipkart, you need to serve a legal notice to the Company for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice to resolve the grievance and file a complaint before the Consumer Court or Consumer Affairs Deptt by online mode through e-daakhil portal ( https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ ) following the provision of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 claiming compensation for harassment from the Flipkart. It may work fast to redress the grievance, failing which you may file an offline Complaint against the online supplier of the product Before the Dist. Consumer Court under whose jurisdiction a branch or warehouse/godown of the said Company is in operation claiming compensation for harassment and cost of litigation. The complaint should be filed within two years from the date of the cause of action, i.e, the last date of cancellation of the online orders, otherwise, the complaint will be barred by time.
