Defendant agreed the issue raised by plaintiff Defendant agreed the issue raised by plaintiff

Hi, Plaintiff made a case in District Municipal Court saying that there is a illegal possession of his agriculture land. Respondent (myself) surveyed the property with respect to Madras High Court Order and got to know that we are occupying their agriculture land.

Now, I agreed to handover the possession and have given the confirmation letter to honorable District Municipal Court as writing, however the court has not taken the case into enquiry as of now and still under "Trial".

Being myself as defendant agreed the issue raised by plaintiff, now to approach the court to close/dismiss the case?

A.Dear Sir,

It is for your advocates to prepare memorandum of compromise under order 23 Rule 1 & 3 of Civil procedure code and thus get close the case.
