Land on my Release deed does not exist in land records Land on my Release deed does not exist in land records

Hello Sir/Madam
My brother, elder sister and mother had given me (claimant) the release deed after proper signing in front of Sub registrar. Now the property details for which release deed had been executed does not exist in land records of apnakhata.com and the releasors (executants) say that mentioned property in under government property.

Please guide me for the next step so that I can claim for my share in property.

Thanks and Regards-

Anik
