Scaffolding set up for painting Scaffolding set up for painting

The CHS has erected scaffolding for painting purposes since 2 months. For this purpose many have removed the netting on windows/balconies. Due to this there is a menace of monkeys who steal food and vandalise the kitchen, they have easy access via the bamboos. Also rat menace has increased due to the same. Society is unconcerned and max action taken is to call forest officials to set traps which hasnt worked even on several occasions. Due to rain the painting has also not started yet on some sides. What should be my options if society is not bothered about these issues

A.You can bring up the matter at a society meeting or plan a special extra-ordinary meeting to discuss the pressing matter before attempting to persuade the executive members of the society.
