Unauthorised Sale of land. Unauthorised Sale of land.

Hi All,
My grand mother bought 10 cents of land in my native pondicherry in 1980. Due to family problem my family got migrated to chennai from native. My mother knew that there is a property in native which also belongs to her sister. we left it undisturbed for more than 30 years. My grand parents passed away. Now we had a chance to look on to it. when tried we found that my mothers plot of 5 cent has the gift deed from my grand mother to her and later within 1 year it was solded out without my mothers knowledge and her sign thumb impression and where my mothers sister plot of 5 cent remains the same in my grand mothers name itself. The property was sold out to 2 other individuals in different dates and years. In EC document we found my mothers plot has the building in it. Still we do not know where our property itself. Is there any chances of getting back our property legally ???? Can anybody pls advise ???

A.If you have all the original ownership documents related to the said plot of land and it is been proved before the learned court that the said alleged transaction of the land at present has been done by fraud and/ or coercion then the said transaction shall be made null and void by the learned court and you may also be entitled to get a compensation for such harassment.
