Parking Dispute in Appartment Parking Dispute in Appartment

I have been allotted parking space at time of purchase of the flat in apartment and have the concerned documents related to it. I don't live in flat and its rented out from starting itself. Now the present tenant has a four wheeler but some random guy from the same apartment claims that the parking space belongs to him and is creating nuisance. When I asked him for proofs he Don't have any proof. May I know how to proceed further legally. Thanks

A.Dear Client
Send that random guy a legal notice to cease and desist from using your parking lot and serve a copy of the same to the apartment association too. The Association should come forward to resolve this issue.
