Mewar university froudness with their phd scholars

Sir, Iam phd scholar (engineering and technology stream) i have taken admission in the year 2012 at mewar university and and clear all my examination for the course, and only final thesis submission is remain and it is only possible when university provide me an internal supervisor ( a regular teaching faculty at university) but university is not able to provide me an internal guide and also they are not reply me about the issue.This issue is not aplicable for me but aplicable to all the engineering and technology scholars .so many times i and we talked with iniversity managment bit thwre is no result so what legal action we take against university.

A.First you have to represent through a competent lawyer on the subject, for this you may get my legal services, before the university if they after the representation did not take action on the subject you may file writ before the high court of the state on the subject.

A.Dear client your matter falling under Universities Act and Rules so you need to find out who is the appropriate authority to file a appeal or you can approach to education secretary to Government. If there is no option then lastly approach high Court.

A.The matter is usually covered under Universities Act and Rules of each state. Find out who is the appropriate authority to file a appeal , may be education secretary to Government. If it is not responded favourable then only approach high Court.

A.Dear Client,
You must see who is the authority to whom you should place complaint, if your university management did not take any action on your issue. You should complain against the university after quoting your earlier issue to University Grants Authority or any such body who is control over your university, as they did not provide any guide to you to submit your thesis. You must see who is the highest complaint taking authority if your university did not respond to you query.
