open plot on father name(sale deed), father died intestate, after we both 2 brothers reliqushment deed on mother. now proprty cames under my mother. now she partitions between both we brothers. this property my mother gift deed to me. one of witness also my brother...up to OK. now my brother is ok. but his wife & her familiy harassing me . occupy my property. what will i do . please suggest.

A.Dear client,
It is very much important and necessary to ascertain the correct and full facts. File a complaint against your brother's wife in the concerned police station and senior police officers of your city and intimate the incidents to her family members and also file a criminal case against her in magistrate court for threatening and harassment.

A.Dear Client
If the property has been partitioned by your mother to both the brother then why are they making a fuss of it. As you have got your portion in gift hence they should not have anything to say or do on that property.
