Mutual Divorce Case

My ex wife and I will be getting a divorce in Jan. She recently found out about my girlfriend whom I started dating after the divorce was finalised. What can my wife do legally in this case?
All discussion about alimony has been decided. Initial payment has also been done.
Now her family is falsely accusing me that it was the affair that led to the divorce whereas in reality my ex wife asked for a divorce.

A.It is not clear from your query but it quite appears that you and your wife are seeking divorce by mutual consent. Since petition for divorce by mutual consent is already filed, ur wife can at the most withdraw her consent. But if she does so she shall have to return the amount already taken and she does not return, u can file a case of cheating against her.

You will be getting a Divorce in January 2019.
You have already invited problem by dating with your girl friend in public.
Better to sort it out as early as possible through your lawyer.
