My ex wife and I will be getting a divorce in Jan. She recently found out about my girlfriend whom I started dating after the divorce was finalised. What can my wife do legally in this case? All discussion about alimony has been decided. Initial payment has also been done. Now her family is falsely accusing me that it was the affair that led to the divorce whereas in reality my ex wife asked for a divorce.
