property registered in elder brothers name? property registered in elder brothers name?

Sir,
My father is 72-years old and has self earned a lot of properties from the shop he owns. My elder brother works with father in his shop. 4 properties are registered in my parents name and other 10-acres land and various plots and bunglow has been registered in my elder brothers name. Uptill now i had asked him to register atleast the house which i'm residing and the shop was given to me to be registered in my name. So it's big confusion what can we do to get justice so atleast i should get half of the share legally. We are 2-brothers and 2-sisters and parents in my family.
