Hi.. i filed for divorce from my end and my husband is working abroad and he is earning much more than me.
Do i need to pay the litigation charges for his flight tickets?

Normally the Courts do not burden the wife to pay flight charges to the husband to attend the cases. However if such order is passed you may approach High Court.
