my father register for GPA and suddenly on a month of may we lost him now we want to register our house as per law can there is a such loophole , by which we can make registree for our house

A.Dear client,
GPA gets canceled if the GPA holder dies. The executant ( the owner in the GPA document ) who has executed this GPA should be ready to come and execute a sale deed in the favor of the son of the GPA holder.

A.First of all you need to file a civil suit for grant of Succession Certificate from the local district court of your jurisdiction then the said legal heirs and successors of your father can sell any property which was registered in your deceased father's name.
