My father's land is illegally acquised by state government. My father is filled a case against it but no response and judgement till it.

A.Dear client,
If your father has filed a case, there must be some kind of developments in the case. Please ask the lawyer properly. You can check its details in the concerned court websites if you have the case number.
The Supreme Court has said that once the Government takes possession of land, it belongs to the Government and the landowner no longer has ownership of the land. But, you should be compensated for such acquisitions. So, consult you lawyer and know what is happening with the case.

A.Dear Sir,
You may go to High Court and seek early disposal direction against trial Court. You may get Judgment in next 6 months.
