Me and my wife had seperated two months back and she took away my daughter and I had been harassed by wife family verbally and death threats. Mywife left my daughter with her grand parents and they did not joined her in school from two months my daughter is 6 years old.i had requested my wife to keep our daughter with her and join her school but she refused to do so.I even pleaded to let kid stay with me so that I can join school. What can I do to get my kid to stay with me so I can join her to school.

A.You need to file a custody suit against your wife before the local district court of your jurisdiction so that you get the sole custody as well as visitation right during the pendency of the suit.
