Bill for the purchase of a computer printer

Today I have received a bill on my WhatsApp number, in the bill there is a bill for the purchase of a computer printer, the bill is about 18000, I have not bought the goods written in the bill, yet the shopkeeper has made a confirmed bill in my name, which is The shopkeeper's Gst number is also in the bill. The shopkeeper is doing something wrong by making a false bill in my name.
