Agricultural Land - using it for farming

My father hold agricultural land in UP barabanki . My cousin brother using it for farming as we stay in Bangalore doing job. If My father dies ,, will my cousin has legal right to claim land or we as Son get land

If it is standing in the name of your father then your cousin brother cannot get any rights after the death of your father.
