मेरे दादाजी ने अपने भाई से कुछ जमीन खरीदी और अपने भाई के बेटे के हस्ताक्षर नहीं लिए थे क्योंकि उस समय वह नाबालिग था। यह 50 साल पहले की बात है । लेकिन अब दादाजी के भाई के पुत्र की बेटी संपत्ति मांगती है। यह पैतृक संपत्ति है, लेकिन उस संपत्ति पे 60 साल या उससे अधिक के लिए हमारा कब्जा है। मैंने सुना है कोई ऐसा क़ानून है कि यदि 10 साल से ज्यादा के लिए संपत्ति पर कब्ज़ा करने वाला व्यक्ति उस संपत्ति का मालिक हो जाता है। क्या यह सही है या गलत है?

that property belongs to you if no body has revoked there share and claimed it as there property.
