But my father intended to give me half of the property and haft to brother.
My father, mother one brother and one married sister all are alive.
My question is:

A.Dear Client
Firstly you need to show the receipts and payment which were made by you for construction after that the amount will be settled. At the amount of dividing the property. Suppose there share is 50 lakh each and you have spend 20 lakhs on construction then you must get 20 lakhs from them except your mother then they will be having right.
Hope it helps.
