Hakka Sod Patra (Relinquishment Deed) Hakka Sod Patra (Relinquishment Deed)

My Grandfather had a farmland. He has 2 sons and 3 daughters. One of his sons was insane (Mentally not fit). After grandfather's death fit son (my mama) took Hakka Sod Patra from all 3 sisters and registered it. And 2 son's name was added to 7/12 extract. Now recently my insane (mentally not fit) mama died. He was neither married nor he had any children. 2 of 3 sisters have also passed away (one of them is my mother). Can I as a heir of CLASS II heir (of my mother) claim my share in property which belong to my mama how died unmarried & childless. OR it all will go to my other mama?

A.Hello Client,
In the case of an unmarried and childless male, when he dies, his property will be given to the class 1 heirs first which includes his brothers and sisters. If they are not present, as Class II heir, you can put a claim to the property.
