My mother purchased 1600 SQ Feet land with house (village)from a local person in 1963 and that property registered in Bandra court but this property card shown as Maharashtra gov land from 1967 we are paying the assessment tax regularly to till day. I would like to know how to transfer this land and my family members' names. at present my parents not live -- please advise me best regards
