Hello,
My neighbor bulid pipeline of bathroom water and leave it besides of my house.
They did not even take permission from me by saying I have take permission from grampanchayat but grampanchayat also did not send any notice to me. I have submit complete in grampanchayat but they not taking any action. But they accept my neighbors letter its look so partial now I am facing problem because of that water.what I can do.
