My father passed away in 2012 and left behind a wife, a daughter, and a son.my father's mother (Grandma) died in 2016 after him.
If I apply for my father's legal heir now, in 2023, will my grandmother be considered as his heir even if she is deceased now? If so, do I need my grandma's heir consent order to sell my father's property?
