Release deed on Ancestral Property Release deed on Ancestral Property

Hello Sir/Madam,
My Sister (18 years) eloped with a boy and got married without giving information to parents, so my father called her and told that she will not be getting any shares in the ancestral property so she told ok and she does not need any share
So she came and signed the agreement that she will be relinquishing all the rights in the property and she will not be claiming it further
We got that agreement registered in sub- registrar's office
So my question is whether she or her husband or her children can claim any share in future period
And please tell about the enforceability of that registered agreement

A.Dear Client
If she has executed a release/relinquish deed which is registered with the sub-registrar then her rights are extinguished and hence no more claims can be legally entertained.

A.Dear Client,
According Hindu Succession Act daughters are equally partners of the property. But as your sister had signed that she does not need your father property then She, her husband, her children or anyone from her behalf cannot claim the property in future.
