Property still under the name of old owners Property still under the name of old owners

In the year 2000, my parents bought two sets of land in Ramasandra Village, Kengeri hobli. We have the sale deed for the same. After a some time it was said that some Don had taken over the land and it's disputed property now. As my parents were not here, they weren't able to do anything about it. I went and checked dishank app out of curiosity to find out that the property is still under the name of the original owners. We have sale deed proving that it was sold. Can this sale deed be registered and the ownership be transferred?

A.Dear Client,
A sale deed serves as the primary legal document confirming the sale and transfer of property ownership from the seller to the buyer. It also serves as the essential document for the buyer's subsequent sale because it establishes his proof of ownership of the property. So you can go forward by showing the sale deed that property is under your name.
