Yankappa hve two wives first one have 2 daughtes and 2nd have 2 sons and 3 daughter. Sons only enjoying property And all Children's are married now but yankappa married 2nd wife although first wife still alive
Now yankappa passed away(2022) now first wife and children's are asking property but 2nd wife sons are not giving pls tell us what can we do to get ancestral property and what's the share for us (24acr)

A.Dear Client
Since the properties are ancestral property hence all the legal heirs will have the right in the property even the children from the illegal marriage (second marriage). What you have to do is to file a suit for partition in the local civil court.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to file partition suit and thus first wife and children of second wife entitled for equal share.
