Lok Adalat Notice

In June 2020 (Peak of COVID) I had received one message on mobile that my points should be redeemed otherwise it will lapse. I clicked on the site and switched off my phone at 11 am for nap. I switched on the phone at 5 pm and saw that I had received 3 messages mentioning OTP No; for transaction for Rs.-----. I rang up their customer care and blocked the card. My acount had been debited for the fraudulent usage of the card. I had been following up with the Credit card issuer to furnish proof that I had shared the OTP and also their message to me by SMS and email that my card account has been debited. Thye have not submitted. Now I received a notice from Lok Adalat, Mumbai that the card issuer had complained that my outstanding amount is Rs. and I have not paid. The date is on 11.02.2023. I have already filed a complaint before the Consumer Court, Mumbai alleging deficienty in service. What shall i tell Lok Adalat. Have I to make the statement with all exhibits which I had submitted to Consumer Court. Guidance from learned members requested.
